BROADLAND STAINED GLASS

WINDOW GALLERY TWO: 1999 and 2000

We make traditional stained glass windows at Broadland Stained Glass!  These leaded lights and Tiffany Lamps are our two main areas of business.  A few of the windows made during 1999 and 2000 are shown below: (click on the photos for closer/larger views!).

EMPEROR PENGUIN

This window was one of the last for 1999. It was built for a front door of a house in Norfolk, and the new owner was absolutely delighted with it.

watchorn_sm.gif (21317 bytes)Completed in August 1999, this abstract in typical Victorian style was done for the front door of a farm house in Bungay, Norfolk.

It has had a magical effect on the front hallway which was previously very dark.   The windows replaced the previously solid panels which had rotted away.

THE NORFOLK WHERRY, ALBION

This window was made for a modern home in Belton, near Great Yarmouth. It is the window for the front door. There are two complementary panels on either side.

Designed by me, based on the Albion.

Made for a house in Gorleston, a stunner!

This window was commissioned for an internal partition wall, so sadly is not on view to the neighbours.  The most interesting project for year 1999!

FRONT DOOR: Mrs Francis

This front door is a 1920 original on a house that has been modernised in a big way.  These windows have restored the inner front door to its former glory.  The house is in Oulton Broad.
