A few of the windows made
by Broadland Stained Glass, IN 1998, are shown below:
This window is one of six we made for Don Easton (South Walsham) for
his internal doors. The design is based on one used by the
famous Rennie Mackintosh.
This beautiful window was rescued for its owner in Oulton Broad. It was
very bowed out, with totally rotten lead. We restored it and replaced
it and left a very happy customer.
Mr and Mrs Francis produced
a photograph of their dinghy and asked us to design their window. The
result speaks for itself. They restored the original front door of their
house for which we made a set of six windows (Shown on the 1999 page)
in a superb Edwardian style.
One of my most exciting windows from 1998. The client produced a poster
of the barn owl and this was the result. It is in fact a collage of nine
windows for a traditional Victorian front door, the centre three being
shown in this photograph.
This stunning window was
made for a doctor in Blofield. It is done to her own design. The
photograph does not do it justice.
Mrs
Williams home has a lot of early twentieth century stained glass including
the front door and its side and over windows. The inner front door
did have only a clear textured glass, although its over window was stained
glass. This window is the one we made for that inner front door,
to match and complement the over window.
